I have to work late tonight but that's not going to stop me... when things slow down I am going to do a bike workout. Here's my workout:
- 15 min warm-up
- 3 sets: 10 x sprint building (increasing speed with increasing time)- 2 minute easy ride between
- Bases your speed on RPM
- Start at 15 sec interval. Increase based upon your ability. I am going at a 15 interval increase.
- My times will be: 15;30;45;1;1:15;1:30;1:45;2;2:15;2:30
- 20 warm-down
- Full body STRETCH
- Total time: approx 60 min.
