These habits are primarily related to eating out, however they can be compared and utilized in eating at home also.
1. Using larger plates
2. Eating while looking at more food
3. Eating with max efficiency
4. Eat to clean their plate
5. Chewing less
6. Diving right in
7. Skip breakfast
So... 7 tips to a healthier weight:
1. Use smaller plates. Pick a salad size plate for your entree plate.
2. While eating, sit so you are unable to see more food.
3. Try and eat with chopsticks or smaller fork.
4. STOP eating before you feel full, regardless of what is left on your plate. Push the plate away.
5. Chew each bite at least 15 times
6. Make sure you know what you want to eat. Dont plunge right into what's in front of you. Parouse the menu, buffet, or table before making your choice.
7. ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST.
